Who in the world would have thought that in the year 2005, I would have the unique opportunity to regularly speak, sing, and play guitar to 250 million people around the world each week, all for the cause of Christ and His glory. "Smoky Mountain Cowboy Campmeeting...the ultimate in Cowboy Church" is an outreach for our locals and visitors alike. A place where formality is not considered. A place where jeans are not only expected but appreciated. A place where the joy of the Lord is so evident and love abounds! Live from the Miracle Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN we broadcast around the world a format of Christian country music with an uplifting timely message following each performance. SMCC broadcasts live on WWCR (Worldwide Country Radio) via short wave and FM translation. The SMCC webcast can be view live at 10am each Sunday morning at www.musiccitytelevision.com. our sister church The Nashville Cowboy Church. The live broadcast

I am absolutely amazed at the resourcefulness of our producer, and my long time friend, Dr. Bill Anderson, Jr. Having founded and produced the Nashville Cowboy Church some twenty years ago, Billy sought a place here in the Smokies' gateway to start a sister outreach, thus Smoky Mountain Cowboy Church was born in June of 2005. When asked to help get it started, I agreed thinking that it would only be a temporary position of leadership, but God had other plans. Now, as the host and musical director, I am privileged to work with the most wonderful, gifted, and dedicated Christian musicians, singers, and staff that I could ever dream of. Dedicating their time and talents each week to the growth of God's kingdom is an awe inspiring effort. I am so thankful for the SMCC Band and supporting staff. I am also very appreciative of the Fee-Hedrick Family Entertainment Group who has made the beautiful Miracle Theater available to SMCC to facilitate our local service and worldwide broadcast. We are truly blessed to enjoy such a state of the art facility. I sure hope you will take a Sunday and come and experience a relaxed casual atmosphere where you can get a little rowdy when you yell out YEEHAW!! That's cowboy talk for Hallelujah or Amen!
