Every show is a giant pool party at The Beach House Theatre located within the Cold Creek Resort on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, just a few doors down from the Dixie Stampede.

Showtime is 7:30 PM each Friday and Saturday evening throughout the year, and there are expectations to add more show dates as the season progresses.

The Beach House Theatre is set in a phenomenal tropical setting with state of the art sound and lights, right beside the largest indoor pool in the Smoky Mountains, reflecting the dynamic stage lighting!! More than a concert! More than a show! IT'S A PARTY!! Ocean Drive is something entirely different from any of the theatres of The Smokies. It’s a brand new theatre concept and experience! Two "Spotlight Dance" stages for your participation in the show.
